URL decode and redirect using httpd.conf(apache)

maybe you need php and do redirection.

header("Location: {$_GET['redirection']}";
?>

you can also use

  RewriteEngine on
  RewriteRule ^/(.*) http://www.askdavetaylor.com/$1 [L,R=301]
