I currently have postfix set up to relay messages from my websites through gmail, and up until recently it was working perfectly. However, within the last week or so (not really sure when) I started getting the below error whenever attempting to send an email:

Nothing changed on my server, as far as I know...any ideas what could have caused it to stop working?

  • Well, doesn't seem to be a temporary issue, as I still can't get any emails to send.

the network unreachable can be ignored as this is an attempt over ipv6

you also need to enforce tls to encrypt the connection there is a good description here

Check your IP address in DNSBLs. You might have been blacklisted, or it's temp issue.

My guess would be communication failure (firewall issue?) "Network is unreachable" - then "connection refused". connection refused could also be Gmail refusing your connections , perhaps you went over the sending per account limit?
