Does anyone know how to setup a Racoon VPN via network manager in Gnome?

Racoon isn't a type of VPN but a IKE keying daemon that is used with the Linux IPSEC implementation. So what sort of VPN are you trying to connect to? although I've never used it you can try the network-manager-strongswan plugin to connect to an IPSEC VPN. | |||
