Did you tag this itextsharp? Last I knew an arp table was related to networking and not the itext library. Do you mean the networking arp table that services the data link layer? – Pace Jan 30 '10 at 11:54
I'm curious - why do you want to do this? I'm not a network guru, but I've run a few networks before and I can't think of a situation where I'd want to modify the arp cache times. What are you trying to do? – Michael Kohne Jan 30 '10 at 13:52

I think the first detail required before even remotely trying to offer an answer would be in what? Operating system or networking device? And then, which? A question as vague as this can only serve to create an abundance of insufficient answers. – Zayne S Halsall Jan 30 '10 at 14:35
This question is an a par with "how long is a piece of string?", as it cannot be answered without a some qualifying details. – John Gardeniers Jan 30 '10 at 18:58

Depends on your operating system. In Ubuntu (and probably other Linuxes) you can modify the files in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/default.
