I am due to sit my CCENT exam in about 3 weeks, for anyone who has sat the exam recently or knows about the exam:

  1. How many questions is in the exam
  2. How long does the exam go for
  3. Will there be a lot of question based on the CLI commands?

As for the content of the test I can tell you that it is almost entirely CLI commands. I actually dont think that test covers any of the SDM or other GUI based configuration. I can't remember for sure(it's been a few years since I took it) but glancing over the book I have I don't see anything but CLI. I would recommend getting a good study guide. Head to your nearest chain book store and you shouldn't have a problem finding one.

Are you for real, All CLI! I covered a bit of cli in preparation for the exam but it was like 10% - 15% cli. The rest was all fundamental stuff. I did my training via element k. Thanks for adding the links they are usefull. – freddy6 Feb 17 '10 at 1:16
