Is my system good enough for Hotmail Junk Mail Reporting Program? JMRP

I am interested in Hotmails Junk Mail Reporting Program (JMRP). One of the requirements they have are (translated from Norwegian to English), and I wonder if I qualify:

1. Is the IP-address you registered subject to the company name/domain name? Or do you have your own sending rights from the IP address via the hosting company (that you do not share with other senders) We ask that you attach documents supporting this.

These are my details:

host: smtp.sharedhostingcompany.com username: username for my email account password: my private password. email address: mail@myprivatedomain.com

Is this what they require?

The English version of this states:

Is the IP address registered under your company's name/domain name? Or do you have exclusive sending rights from the IP via your hosting company (not shared with any other senders)? Please provide supporting documentation.

Basically you need to prove to them that that the IP address you are using to send out your bulk mail is either wholly owned by your company, or that if it is leased to you from a hosting company, that is a dedicated IP for your use, and not shared by any other company's.

If you are using shared hosting, then it is likely that you will be sharing your IP with a number of other websites and company's. You would need to get your hosing provider to supply you with a dedicated IP and provided documentary evidence of this.

No, it seems you use a central gateway. they pretty much require that your email orininates on your own ip address that no other entity uses for sending emails.

In this case, it is the ISP which should sign up, not you. At least this is how I do read this.
