i had made a program using C++(devC++) using a for loop. when i run that an exe file is created. i pasted that exe file in startup folder. i want that file to run when computer starts or boot up and should remains hidden or in background and should not be visible on deskstop.

You're looking for features of either a rootkit or spyware. Frankly there are very few good reasons for you to be asking about that...

Maybe if you expanded upon your question to explain what you're trying to really achieve.
