So, I guess I'm gonna be admining a Cpanel/WHM server. What exactly is Cpanel and WHM? What is the relationship between the two, and why do they always seem to be linked ?

cPanel is the interface the consumer of hosted services uses WHM is the interface the provider of hosted services use. They are both part of the same package and sold by the same company.
