I have a web server with multiple users in it. one of these users uses mambo, and the cpu usage of this user is more than 90% which leads to a very slow performance of the machine, I have installed cpulimit version 1.1. but there is no particular command that limits the cpu per user. I need to limit this user for at least 50% . please help me ASAP.

Thank you.

You can install CloudLinux, which can linit CPU, Memory and IO. This is a very effective tool in controlling he resource usage per user. I had servers which caused headache all the time due to resource overuse by some users, which after cloud linux installation running very smoothly.
