How do I check if a Windows 2003 R2 Server is blocking HTTP POST requests?

Well.. CAN windows 03 R2 server block HTTP POST? I am reading perhaps only ISA server can do that. –  baron Jun 3 '10 at 7:17

If you have everything configured, you could use something like Fiddler to create a POST request and check the result is an error.
