In cPanel/WHM, you can simply create an account using a subdomain. Just enter subdomain.example.com (replacing that with the actual subdomain to use) as the "domain" when creating the cPanel account.

You will need a minimum of reseller access to WHM to accomplish this.

But when do this my WHM says that I have to give a full domain instead of a sub-domain. –  Tareq Jul 4 '10 at 4:13
