We have an Outlook form for our facilities department. The form has code to run a SQL query and we recently changed SQL servers so I need to update the form. I can not find the form. In Outlook, I have gone to Tools -> Forms -> Design Form and scoured each option under the 'Look In' dropdown box. So how would I go about finding this form that I need to edit?

Without knowing anything else my suggestion is that you should try looking in the Organizational Forms Library which is essentially a Public Folder with the sole purpose of sharing Forms through the organization. It is also possible that a form could be associated with specific Folder/Public folder.
