I have a certain configuration I find comfortable to work with, number of tabs open, title of each tab and sometimes a different background color. Is there a way to save this configuration and load it automagically whenever I start terminal?

This could save me almost 90 seconds :)

thanks!

Are you referring to gnome-terminal or some other? – Dennis Williamson Jun 28 '10 at 11:11
yeah, gnome-terminal. I figured out how to do it with --load-config, but I can't get the tab title to save. – sa125 Jun 28 '10 at 12:39
