I recently converted a FAS 250 controller into a disk shelf and attahced it to a FAS 270, initilized the disks also but unfortunately the disk owners has not changed and remains the same as previous, can someone help sort out this. I have tried the disk assign commnad in vain and failed

Where have you tried this from, from a running OnTap command line or from the maintenance shell? What version/s are you running? – Chopper3 Jul 21 '10 at 12:22
