I installed a new copy of Windows XP professionall on a Dell Optiplex box. I installed the OS on the C drive. It didnt format fully but that wasn't too much of an issue with files left on etc. The problem is, when I boot the machine, it is giving 2 boot options: - Microsoft Windows XP Professional - Microsoft Windows XP Professional Setup

It defaults on the setup and then goes into the CD setup. The OS is already installed however and there is no setup CD in the drive. Can anyone help in removing this option from the boot menu?? I have tried taking off the CD drive from the boot sequence but there is nothing in the CD drive.

Any help appreciated.

Cian
