There is a file located at /var/cpanel/someuser.accts that usually lists all of the accounts associated with the reseller someuser. This has worked great in the past, and I've used it to build scripts for various tasks. However, just recently I've found a reseller file that is completely out of sync with what WHM (meaning there are missing entries for various users). I know they're out of sync because WHM correctly lists all of the user's accounts under reseller center.
Can anyone suggest what may be wrong or why the information from both sources is not the same?
