Someone here accidentally upgraded our Ubuntu 8.04 to 10.04 and now we can't get Plesk 9.3 to work. I've been googling for a while now, but can't seem to find anything... Does anyone of you maybe have any experience on this?

As you can read on the product page of Plesk under "Requirements", Ubuntu Linux 10.04 is not supported.

You'll have to restore your backup from before the upgrade.

As joschi says you may need to roll back to 8.04 and restore from backup. Parallels are pretty slow with supporting new versions of operating systems, so, waiting for them to release support for 10.04 is not an option.

You could always contact Parallels support and they maybe able to make some other suggestions to perhaps get you up and running temporarily, but, I doubt it.

Plesk 10 just came out and it supports 10.04 - but you should really restore from backups. I've been burned by Plesk upgrades in the past, and you'd be performing an upgrade on to already broken panel. I've had more than 1 Plesk upgrade break an otherwise stable system, so beware.
