Too generic; also, do not post responses to your own question. Either edit your question, or use the comments. – Andrew M. Sep 16 '10 at 13:10

Zabbix is probably the best documented monitoring tool what I have ever seen.

http://www.zabbix.com/documentation.php

Please read the documentation and ask specific questions. If you don't want to dive deep into zabbix hire somebody who does.

Finding very difficult to understand the zabbix manual and it may take time to study and implement.

Is there any other tool that I can use for application monitoring?

There are many other tools - but all will require some time to get your head around unless you are already familiar with monitoring systems. Zabbix is probably one of the easiest to use, but you might also find Quest's pt360 suite does what you need - packettrap.com/product/pt360_pro.aspx – dunxd Sep 16 '10 at 12:06
