I have a linux box (a fit-pc with an SSD! You have to try one of these guys!) running at home, 24/7, serving out an application that I wrote that does a fair job of making my photo collection available to friends and family. It's searchable, has a nice thumbnail-browsing system, and allows people to oggle photos at different resolutions, etc.

The trouble is, I want to expand this to handle video, music (I'm a musician as well as a photographer and professional geek) and whatever else I feel like cramming in there over time.

Searching around, it seems that Razuna and Drupal are the major players, but if I'm missing something better, or I'd be totally wasting my time if I tried each of these, I'd like to get the feedback of the community.

So. Is there anything I'm missing? Is there a strong reason to use or avoid any of these projects for the sort of task that I'm getting into?
