Seems EMC's Powerlink "mail my my password" option isn't working so until I'm back in the office... does anyone know if it's possible to erase an EMC AX4 FC SAN?

I know you can erase the disk groups and create new ones and it'll initialize the drives, but I'm not clear how thorough a job it does of this.

Merely erasing the disks is not enough, you need to thoroughly clean that abomination which is EMC by fire so that no innocent soul ever has to experience the sheer horror, the utmost madness, the insanity that is EMC software. Ideally, you would carry it to an active volcano and throw it into the inferno; only then would the souls of the innocents be freed from this calamity. – niXar Mar 22 '11 at 13:35
