I recently took over administering 2 windows 2003 terminal servers with citrix and we are having some major issues with logins on the citrix app-portal in the mornings. I am trying to isolate the issues, the app-portal is turning away log-ins because paging is at 100 percent. The owner thinks some programs were installed outside of install mode.

Does anyone know of a way to see if programs were not installed via install mode?

This might help?

Also, any program installed via Control Panel or via a setup.exe will automatically trigger install mode.

I had read that, but did not catch the part about the registry entries until I re-read it after your suggestion. I reviewed them, and its not as bad as we thought, only about 3 programs were not in the listing. Thanks for the kick in the head. – tigher Nov 4 '10 at 16:20
