ISSUE 1) When I go to this address:
w w w.webspacecommerce.com/ecommerce/magento/index.html
The following error was encountered: Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.webspacecommerce.com The dnsserver returned:
No Address records This means that:
The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL. Check if the address is correct.
Does anyone know why this is the case?
PS I have quite a few subdomains which I use to develop projects on, which dont work now either.
ISSUE 2) ALSO: http://webspacecommerce.com/ does not load, it requires the www prefix. I use plesk 9.5 and the modify domain options allow you to change if the www prefix is required, though oddly it does not show you the current value. Anyway I have ticked it a few times but does not make a difference.
