So here is my predicament, I was running XenServer 5.6, it wouldn't mount the primary SR and was complaining about a pbd error and wouldn't plug it. So I reinstalled XenServer 5.6 on it without formatting the partitions. I then added the SR on the main drive and went for the second drive. I tried the same thing I did for the first drive, and it didn't work so I ran sr-create and then remembered a few seconds later that sr-create is destructive.
So I hit Ctrl-C and turned off the machine. And now I need to fix it and was wondering if using fdisk and recreating it partition (which was a single large ext3) would work to get the single VHD off it or if there is a better way to go? Thanks.
Edit: For reference this is said drive. http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=15_210_212&item_id=027811&sid=8dn9d53kagui1rdek94h71fee0
