![alt text][1]There is an instance of SSRS installed and configured to provide Windows Authentification access to web service. It works for most users. But there are users that can't access to the web page, the page is unavailable. These users are domain accounts and equivalent. Even account that are not configured into the web reporting services can access an empty site (no report).

This is the explorer behavior.

It seems that SSRS does not use IIS, and the Reporting Services Manager doesn't provide any configuration that can correct the problem. Any idea how to debug the situation ?

Is that reportingservices tag should not be merged with reporting-services one ? – chepseskaf Nov 17 '10 at 14:35
can you give more details about what happens to the users who can't access the reporting services site? – MattB Nov 17 '10 at 14:50
The user can't access the website, whereas others can. – chepseskaf Nov 18 '10 at 9:02
That error is from google chrome (and can mean a wide variety of different things) What about from the SSRS logging? technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms157403.aspx – MattB Nov 19 '10 at 20:30
@MattB the user can log on server and use SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio. I was not able to find any reporting log... – chepseskaf Nov 30 '10 at 16:24
