users are experiencing the following error when logging off of a Windows Server 2003 R2 terminal server:

Event Type: Information Event Source: Application Popup Event Category: None Event ID: 26 Date: 11/21/2010 Time: 7:54:04 AM User: N/A Computer: AACS029V Description: Application popup: mstsc.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x10009df8" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program

I have searched for days for any clues to this error, but have been unable to find anything. Any suggestions for resolving it? Thanks!

Tony, would you be able to be more specific? Chris, as far as I can tell, the clients are using a mixture of Windows XP and Windows Vista. These should all be patched to their highest versions. Thanks for your replies! – nedwards86 Nov 22 '10 at 16:26
