I have installed patches on my remote server, and I am rebooting the server to make the patch effect. But the server is not coming up and not reachable, I am concluding that it could be because of the patch I installed recently, so what is the resolution here and how to find the root cause.

If the remote server is not coming back up, you need to physically restore it to a previous state. If your host is not bad, you should have this feature in its panel. That said, no offence intended, this is one of the poorest questions I've ever read: you talk about a server without even bothering to say what OS does it run, let alone what patch you are talking about, which is the host, etc... | |||
