I have a BES Express server, 5.0.1, that has been running and working fine for about six months. Now, when I open the management page in a browser, I can't manage the users, or even see a list of users. Everything else I've tried in the management interface works okay. It's only the user management that won't respond. The server works as far as all users (I only have 15 users) are getting their mail and can use all of the mail related features. My mail server is Exchange 2007, running on Windows Server 2003. The BES is installed on the Exchange Server.

Do you see any errors in your Event Logs related to this? Have you used your "one free support incident" from RIM? – USACASD Nov 29 '10 at 23:32
