I am looking for an open source control panel written in python. There are a handful of other panels out there but they are either base on PHP or Perl, or both.

Why does it have to be in Python? What are you looking to accomplish? – VxJasonxV Dec 6 '10 at 2:02
I'd like to work on Python instead of PHP or Perl. So really an aesthetic preference. – alfish Dec 6 '10 at 5:51

If you're looking for a Python-based hosting control panel just for the sake of running Python, you're out of luck. Not that this should be an issue... the popular control panels that are available are all very well rounded and functional products.

Thanks. I know that the commercial ones are well-rounded. But if there is no Pythonic one, do you have any preference among onpen source alternatives? – alfish Dec 6 '10 at 5:53
I personally liked CPanel, but I can't say as I've tried every one on that list--not even close. :) – Andrew M. Dec 6 '10 at 13:16
