Has anyone done this? We have a lot of .PST files that we'd like to centralize and index. I know you can't upload .PST files but you can upload .MSG files that get indexed. I've been looking for a 3rd-party plugin that integrates with Outlook to make the process as simple as possible (ie. upload email to sharepoint and view within outlook) and I kept coming across Colligo. I've done some testing and it seems like it may work. I was just wondering if anyone has experience with this or any other 3rd party plugin.

Did you see SharePoint Outlook Integration? This SharePoint add-on provide a convenient way to transfer email from Outlook to SharePoint folder by dragging and dropping. So far it only works with SharePoint 2007, and obviously it is not so powerful as the one from Colligo. The upper side, though, is its affordability. | |||
