I have an on-site interview scheduled next week with enterprise company. Its a New grad-QA engineer position which will deal with testing file-systems and SharePoint storage. So my question is in case they give me a situation and ask me to solve it should i prefer writing pseudo code or write actual lines of code.

And any suggestions on different topics i need to cover in testing file systems and SharePoint storage

Thanks

You will win points by making your pseudo code look a lot like PowerShell. – sysadmin1138 Dec 9 '10 at 1:42

You should prefer to answer it in what ever technique they ask for. Be prepared to do either / both. If they ask for actual code and you can't provide it you've probably failed the interview.
