My company's VPN server is located in Netherlands, from my current location this is a really crappy place in terms of connectivity, connection keeps dropping, it's slow and keeps being reset during high traffic times.

I have a dedicated server over USA which is able to connect to VPN server without this issues, connection is stable and fast.

My question is, how do I connect to this VPN using a proxy running on my dedicated server?

I'm on Windows 7 using a VM on XP to connect to the VPN.

Thanks.

Regular http proxy; Virtual Virtual network is set to bridged; Thanks – Rodrigo Dec 17 '10 at 1:54
the only way to do this is to have the proxy vpn into the server in the netherlands and then you can set your browsers proxy address to that proxy and so make http connections. you cannot use the proxy to connect your own machine to the vpn server in the netherlands unfortunately :( – Weltenwanderer Dec 17 '10 at 9:18
