I'm looking for online backup service which knows to work with Linux and knows to work with TBs data for reasanoble price.

I tried MyOtherDrive - their java-based client failed to start on CENTOS5.

Something which supports Google App storage will be fine.

Amazon S3 is among the least expensive anywhere. There are a billion clients out there - online backup - even firefox extensions. I think the price it $0.15 per gigabyte per month with NO MINIMUMS and NO OTHER FEES.

You can use crashplan. Their Java client runs flawlessly here on Ubuntu 10.10. You can have unlimited backup for 3$/month and you can seed your backup by shipping them a hard drive.
