I want to do some development with AP and make pptp client run in AP, then other PC can connect the AP and use the VPN traffic, is this possible?

AP what? Airport, Access point, Advanced Placement? If you are talking about access points you probably need to mention the specific access point. Anyway, check out dd-wrt, openwrt, and so on. They are all replacement firmware. – Zoredache Jan 14 '11 at 7:50
