Does anybody know where i can either download the manual for the Xiotech Emprise storage array, or even the default credentials into the serial port? I'm trying to configure this product without documentation (none to be had), and I'm beating my head against the wall.

Have you tried the live chat on their website? Also, it appears you can sign up for a support login here, which should have access to the manuals.

thanks! I had been looking all over their website, and for some reason completely spaced that link. I was there, just didn't notice the register link. Must've been looking too hard at the problem! lol – Eric Jan 17 '11 at 18:41
