Are you using your own mail server? You may want to check this out:

This is an anti-spam feature used by many email providers, which requires you to register your domain so apps like gmail, etc. know it is not spam.

I paied for a web server by this smtp, but it appears that they don´t have domain keys instaled, can I do it for my self? – Rodrigo Ferrari Jan 18 '11 at 1:46

This is probably a content issue. You can use litmusapp to test it or any email provider solution will detect it and offer solutions. The one I founded offers this for example.

Great tip, I will try it, but I have done a few tests and I found that the content inside the email, like images and html where doing it!Thanks. – Rodrigo Ferrari Jan 19 '11 at 9:58
