Port reporter alternative

Question

I need to have timeline of all port usage by applicatins.

There was Port Reporter but it doesn't work correctly on newer Windows Systems.

Is there any alternative to it ?

I need to see all things related to ports during specific time, somthing like netstat in a loop, with process addresses, sort, filters etc.
