Ok it might sound silly but since I do not have used Windows so I have not much idea of what is that.Some one created some virtual machines using vmware on a Windows 7 machine.I was able to do an SSH from the guest os to a server on lan which was running on Linux. But the opposite way i.e. from the linux server to the vmware guest machine (also Linux) SSH did not happen.So what do I need to check.How do you open ports in firewall on a Windows machine or Vmware appliance.
