This is not really a Server Fault question. Your best bet would be to look on ARM's own website - I believe they will want custom boards and not just drop into "normal" server motherboards. – RobM Jan 26 '11 at 15:57

ARM processors are typically used in embedded applications wherein the CPU is soldered permanently to the system board.
