We currently have an ESX server with vSphere running our client VM's. We are looking for a way to monitor the activity of the machines user, and the employees using them.

SoftActivity - Activity Monitor is almost perfect. The part that is missing from Activity monitor is that there is no remote control aspect to the program. You cannot control or assist the client machine. That, and that it would be very useful to be able to display all the user machines screens on one physical monitor.

Some research was done to find a product produced by VMWare but we had no results. Any help is greatly appreciated!

So you want to see JUST the stuff that's going on inside your VMs or do you want to see anything at all to do with the VMs? – Chopper3 Jan 26 '11 at 17:19
The VMs are running client machines on Windows 7. We are looking for something along the lines of employee tracking. Something to watch and log applications, websites, etc. used as as well as keys pressed. – Cody Jan 26 '11 at 22:12
