We need to disallow access to usb stick on win2k3, though allowing access for some specific user and admin team.

Is it possible ?

On Windows 2003 and XP, there is no "real" OS level fix.

However, you can create a script to disable the USB Mass storage driver, and potentially write protect some sections of the registry. I've used such a hack in the past and it worked, but I do not have the code available anymore. It was pretty "dirty" and not secure.
