I just wondering if any one can provide me with some docs, links, and your recommendations in how to hardening Windows DC 2003, and deploy full security on these boxes.

This probably isn't the answer you were hoping for but right now I'd say the best way to harden a Windows 2003 DC is with a windows 2008r2 installation disk. Sorry, I know that's a bit of a glib answer, but the later versions of Windows are more secure out of the box, both in terms of their own system integrity/security and options for securing and protecting AD itself. –  RobM Feb 5 '11 at 9:57
