I'm looking for a hardware video server for a webcam. I already have one but I get a MJPEG and MPEG output. I want to embed the webcam stream into a website with e.g. flowplayer without transcoding... So something like flv/swf, rtmp would be great.

Wowza is software, but I think it meets all your requirements:

You just need some hardware to install it on then. I have used it with Linux without problems.
