the people that are not recieving the body of the email are not on the domain but have been added as a contact in the entire office group – ben950 Mar 31 '11 at 14:26
What exactly does the body of the message contain - plain text, html, etc? – charnley Mar 31 '11 at 14:46
I send a email with plain text. they recieve nothing in the body completly blank – ben950 Mar 31 '11 at 14:50
This happened to me a few years ago - plain text emails showing no body to some recipients. I never found the answer, but was able to fix it by sending in HTML format OR creating a new profile for the Outlook recipients. – charnley Mar 31 '11 at 15:04
i tried to send in html format but still same results – ben950 Mar 31 '11 at 15:07
