I am using Thunderbird 3.1.9 setup with Rackspace Email via IMAP. All of the messages in my inbox will randomly disappear. I can click on another folder (e.g. Drafts, Sent) and then click on Inbox and they will reappear. Or sometimes if I am patient enough they will reappear on their own.

I have setup Thunderbird on other machines with the same OS (Windows 7) and do not have this issue. I have verified the config settings are the same. Any ideas?

I pointed the mail folders for the 3 accounts i had setup to a custom location. I was able to solve this by uninstalling Thunderbird, removing the custom folder locations I had setup, reinstall Thunderbird and use the default mail folder locations.
