Anybody know where to get some cheap Dell Poweredge rack rails for a R210 and R415 server? We also, need rails for an old IBM xSeries 335. We were hoping to find cheaper than $100 per set of rails, as it seems silly to spend $300 for a few pieces of metal.

If you were in Europe, I would suggest Mercateo. Not sure what similar b2b mailorder houses exist in the US, maybe someone can advise... Also, have you checked ... Amazon? I have seen more exotic server parts available there on occasion... – rackandboneman May 11 at 18:03

I use Ebay when I need to make cheep purchase of server / rack items. Look at this Ebay search, you can pickup a new pair for 70 dollars (US).

Here is a quote directly from my Dell vendor:
