That's just Apache's standard server signature, it doesn't tell you anything about security (or otherwise) of the site; if I go to https://www.babymallonline.com/ then the site presents a valid SSL-certificate.

(Note that just presenting an SSL-certificate and getting a padlock in the address bar of your browser doesn't actually mean the site is secure per-se, just that all traffic between you and the site is encrypted).
