i have created a plesk domain with hosting menagment. On domain i add acsess client to be able to login on him web page.

But i got some problem.When user try to upload something in some directory, in FileZilla recive a message:

Answer: 250 CWD command successful Command: TYPE A Answer: 200 Type set to A Command: PASV Answer: 227 Entering Passive Mode (62,75,213,235,157,28). Command: STOR Account.php Answer: 550 Account.php: Permission denied Error: Critical file transfer error

How to fix this problem? Tnx

From the error, it seems that the ftp user might not have write permissions to the directory.

You need to contact the server admin to correct this, with the ftp login details.

If you are the server admin, please check the target directory for write permissions for the ftp user.

Im admin,but i want to fix this client to be able to upload all files on him account. Please explane me more,becouse directory is var/www/vhosts/mysite/httdocs/all files here. How to set permissions for the ftp user in plek? – user78003 Apr 17 '11 at 16:44
