after upgrading one of my customers' Zimbra Open Source Server all the custom Favicon went missing. I tried to copy the file "favicon.ico" in /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/ but it doesn't work. Is there any command to make the server aware of the new icon?

Thank You.

the favicon.ico file needs to be copied to the following directories:

  • /opt/zimbra/httpd/manual/images/
  • /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/
  • /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/img/logo/
  • /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/skins/zmail/img/
  • /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbraAdmin/
  • /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbraAdmin/img/logo/
  • /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbraAdmin/skins/zmail/img/
  • /usr/share/webmin/

I usually create a bash script to restore all the logos and/or icons altogether..
