I need a server that can handle file uploads upto 2GB. Godaddy has an unlimited plan, and S3 also charges as per data usage.

Also uploading files to s3 is complicated. which one should i go with?

I'd say go with Amazon S3, but that's because I hate Godaddy. –  Tom O'Connor May 18 '11 at 12:29

There is no such thing as "unlimited", whether it's bandwidth, space or both. S3 will likely be the solution to use, but you haven't provided sufficient information at this time.
