Export email headers from Exchange 2003 to text file

Question

I want to be able to export email header information from Exchange 2003 into a delimited text file. I want to be able to also apply simple filters such as a date range and a list of mailboxes to index.

I've failed to find any tools online that can allow me to do this. Most appear to be migration tools between mail servers. Any help would be appreciated.
